 According to the UNWTO World Tourism Barometer-2020, there was a 72% decrease in international arrivals (overnight visitors) from January- October 2020 compared to the same period in 2019. The pandemic resulted in close to a USD 935 billion loss in export revenues from international tourism during the first ten months of 2020.
